Terms of Service
✅ I will draw original characters, fanart, mechs, armor, pets, anthros, action scenes, etc
❌ will not draw NSFW or fetish art

⮕50% deposit required via preferred payment method (USD only)
⮕Once the project is completed, the remainder of payment is required before you receive the finished work via Shipping or Meet up
⮕i allow full refunds before starting work, otherwise no refunds
⮕deadline is 1-3 months after payment
⮕your order will be cancelled if you fail to pay within one week
i, as the artist:
- maintain all rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork unless otherwise stated as for commercial use
- maintain the right to post your finished commission to my sites but will not post the art upon request
you, as the client
- may use your commission for personal use only unless otherwise stated as for commercial use
- may edit the finished art
- may post your finished commission online with credit
- are not allowed to use your commission or any of my artwork for Al or AI generation/prompts of any kindA contract will be provided upon agreement of commission before moving forward
